ORDER PROCESSING
• Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time.
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
• Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
SHIPPING POLICY
• Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• House of Lux Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
• Personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer.
• Customers are responsible for verifying all personalization details before submitting an order.
• Due to the customized nature of these products, personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless an error was made by House of Lux Gifts.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
• Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Info@LuxHouseGifts.com
• Include your name and address and photographs of the item
• We will work promptly to provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.
GIFT BOXES AND CURATED COLLECTIONS
• Product substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to supplier availability.
• Any substitutions will be of equal or greater quality and value.
• House of Lux Gifts reserves the right to make minor modifications that do not materially affect the overall presentation or value of the gift.
KIDS COLLECTION SAFETY NOTICE
• Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
• Some gift set components may contain small parts and may not be suitable for children under 3 years of age.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing age recommendations provided in product descriptions.
